The Las Collas Chateau Vineyard

The domain has 60 hectars and is situated on the territory of the town of Thuir in the Eastern Pyrénées. The land is that of the Aspres, on the Roussillon plain.

Created in the 17th century, and successsfully run by generations, it is now the turn of Jacques Baïlbe, your host, to produce wines of grand quality.

The Las Collas Chateau Vineyard produces Appellations d'Origine Contrôlées (origin controlled) formed from a palette of vines such as Vieux Carignan, Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and the Vins de Pays, such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot.
Also produced, the AOC natural Sweet Wines such as Rivesaltes and Muscats, composed of vines from Vieille Vigne, Grenache and Muscat d'Alexandrie.
All these wines are available on the Domaine.
